Hello.
I am the PR person for Eel's Nakasho Shinsaibashi restaurant.
The cold weather is deepening and the footsteps of winter can be heard.
How are all of you doing?
Now, I would like to introduce you to a rather unusual gem.
You can't go wrong with the tasty and tender taste!
You'll want to shovel it in! Please try "Eel Liver and Taro Bowl".
~A new taste...
Eel is usually served in bowls of rice topped with eel, eel stew, or eel on a bed of rice, but there are many other ways to eat eel,
We offer a slightly unusual dish called "Eel Liver and Toro-bama Donburi" with a twist.
As the name suggests, it is a visually appetizing and noteworthy menu item consisting of unadon (bowl of rice topped with eel liver, yam, and egg)!
While mixing with egg and yam, you will enjoy a different taste from the usual unadon (bowl of eel rice).
Also, the eel liver cooked with sansho (Japanese pepper) is a perfect match between the unique rich flavor of the liver and the crisp flavor of the sansho (Japanese pepper),
The combination of the two accents makes for a tasty experience that will make your chopsticks go further and further.
Of course, we also recommend mixing the whole mixture together!
We hope you will enjoy our "Eel Liver and Toro-bama Donburi" in your own way.
~Lay out single dishes... ~.
Add to your favorite meal menu for dinner or drinks with friends,
Ordering individual dishes is also recommended.
Umaki" has a delicious, gentle flavor with egg omelet, and "Uzaku" is a perfect palate cleanser,
Please enjoy the "Kimoni-ni", which is a perfect accompaniment for drinking, and other dishes to liven up your table.
In addition, the menu items other than the "Shiroyaki Tei" are served as kabayaki (broiled eel),
We also recommend ordering shiroyaki, which allows you to compare the taste with kabayaki.
How was it?
This time we introduced a somewhat unusual gem.
For dinner with friends or as a year-end party this time of the year,
